Starting Friday ,November 25 until Saturday, December 24 take part in a health and wellness challenge that will help heal and build your mind, body and spirit! The challenge consists of a diet plan, physical workouts and mental preparation. Each day beginning on black Friday I will post the workout for the day as well as a task that you have to complete that’ll help detox, re-center and refuel your mind. This is a no-meat and no caffeine challenge. (Fish can be consumed if you can’t do the no meat). If you’re up for the challenge stay and get fit with us if not watch us work 😉.
